My guess is that his clothes were way too hot for Hawaii (think: leather and metal hahaha), and since I'm sure his pale skin would burn like crazy, he probably reluctantly accepted the shirt. Question is, where did Lilo get the shirt? You'd think I'd know since I drew the thing, but I dunno.

Loki's punishment after Avengers was to be stripped of his powers and tossed into the hottest, most humid, tourist-trap-y place that the gods could think of in about twelve seconds: Hawaii. An intelligent, sophisticated runt jotun's own personal hell.
The gods were, of course, unaware of the whole alien experiment crisis at the time. We're not sure what this says of Heimdall's omnipotence, but we're pretty sure it's not looking good. Unless he WANTED to see what would happen if they tossed Loki in the middle of a situation like that...
Cue Loki getting a minimum-wage job and struggling to make ends meet. And suddenly, this little girl starts following him around. A little girl who, irritatingly enough, keeps on spouting family values at him. Though he does wonder if her 'voodoo' actually works... He'll have to try it. He and her dog have a love/hate relationship. He's learning to speak Stitch.
Through Lilo and Stitch, he meets Nani and David, who pretty much take in this troubled young man.
...And then he meets the aliens.
Together, they are the most screwed-up family in existence.
Somehow, he can't bring himself to care.

I have no idea why I didn't fav this or comment before! So friggin' cute. Just...everything about it. Even more so after I read a related fic on fanfiction.net. Someone else mentioned something about it, not sure if they're talking about the same one, though (not exactly like this picture). The one I read was actually called "This is your badness level" lol. I'd count it in my top 5 favorite fics now--made even more so by this pic!

I'm sure Nani would not be so...pleased. Imagine coming home and finding that not only is there a manic "dog" destroying the house, but there is also a deluded god (who very recently attempted to make Manhattan kneel to him) sitting on your couch and convincing your little sister that it is perfectly acceptable for one to punish one's friends.
