The shell should automatically go for the one who is winning when used by someone.Β (example: the most stock, if not that then less percentage.)Β And if used by the one who is winning, either have no effect, or just go to one who is 2nd place so far in the match.Β But who know's what they're doing with it.

That kind of sucks, especially since I invariably get nuked by them at least once a lap in Mario Kart games... I hope they make it a bit less evil this time around. I mean, you know it's a blight on gamers' existence when the advertising campaign for Super Mario Kart on the Wii Virtual Console had the absence of the blue shell as a prominent feature.
