Uwahh! This is my first time entering a contest OTL *nervous*

Name: Scylax {Named after the greek explorer and writer Scylax of Caryanda. Uses the nickname 'Sky' due to multiple mispronunciations.}

Age: Haven't quite decided an age but he appears to be around his late teens/early twenties.

Abilities: None.

Personality: He is a relatively cheerful and incredibly scatterbrained merm, with his lack of navigation skills, he is highly dependant on his 'compass' {broken wristwatch} to find his bearings, of course this only gets him even more lost. It is highly likely he lost his birth group due to his sense of direction which is why he is overly attached to other merms he may come across, with Sky, if he becomes attached to another merfolk, he tends to just silently follow them-

Scylax can get incredibly confused very easily but when it comes to surviving, he does a decent job, his tail acts as a potential warning sign to predators, insinuating he may be poisonous or distasteful (Aposematism), it's not the most effective adaptation but he hasn't been eaten yet right?

Being a diurnal merm, he has spent a large amount of time listening to humans, although he has absolutely no idea what on earth they are saying, he enjoys humming the tunes he hears them singing on their big, floaty things, especially when he's on his own. He likes to wear the fishnet he found on a wreckage as a neckerchief, he did initially try wearing it like a head bandana, influenced by the humans, however, he kept getting it tangled in his hair. He has two orange pins in his hair to keep his hair out of his eyes.

Likes: Colourful fish, Humming, Following others {schools of fish and merfolk}
Dislikes: Getting lost, Staying in one place too long.
