Some weeks ago I drew the lines in my bed and scaned them. Since then it was lying on my desktop and waited for colours.Well yesterday my internet connection was so bad that I decided to start the colouration and honstly I'm pretty proud of the picture although I didn't put that much time and effort in it.
Hopefully it's obviously that you can see Lugia which is my favorite pokemon. I changed a bit her design but the face looks pretty similar.
Today I finished the picture while hearing the soundtrack of the second pokemon movie. xD
Reminds a bit of old times. ^^

Jaa im Film ist er einfach viel zu pummelig. Die Idee mit den Hand-Feder-Flügeln fand ich schon immer toll aber der Knuddelbach, nÀÀÀ.

Gorgeous, I love how you put your own flair and style into this, he really looks awesome! The glowing eye is a great touch and really helps break up the mostly monochrome background. Loving it!

Technically it has no gender, in the game at least. In the movie it is implied that it is male. XD I don't know though, I've seen a pokemon episode with a baby Lugia so I assume there are males and females.

True, all the poor legendary pokemon had no gender in the games. xD
Since I've seen the episode with the baby I think Lugia is female with a male voice. x3 Perhaps she's a hermaphrodite. :3
