Bio: Craig Rogers is a very loving yet unpredicatable teenager. When he was a young boy, he had a thing for breaking the rules at playground time when he used skipping ropes like Indiana Jones' whip, constantly having them seized from him. When he was given a life bar from using them, he would never stop using them regardless. With one teacher constantly berating him about it, the one who banned him to begin with, he would make an enemy out of the elder woman and would one day use several ropes to tie her up with. This gained him the nickname 'Roper Rocket' from some of his defensive classmates that didn't like the elder lady teacher either and wanted her gone.

As he grew up, Craig was eventually sent to the Cookham Wood young offenders' institution, with promise of being sent to the adult prison if he didn't learn his lesson there. Shortly after his incarceration, a visitor claiming to be formerly from the army recognises Craig's agility and talent for crimefighting and dealing with rogue authorities and pays his bail to have his charges dropped, only if he promised to work with the man. From that day, Craig was made an independent agent with this man, who was not from the army, but was actually from another dimension. He trained Craig to use special ropes which couldn't be seized from him without dragging him along, and these ropes could be used for climbing, whipping, coiling, luring, hanging and swinging. Liking his nickname, he also gives Craig some special rocket boots to go with his jumpsuit, allowing him to jump really high for short periods of time. Craig becomes a hero in his own right and learns to use his new powers and training for good rather than just plain rebellion.
