The police have been trying to put this man or whatever he is since his first assault on a cartel who has been selling people outside the country the report say, 12 kidnaped women and children, 23 dead and only one survivor who is the leader of the operation with dark themed Tack Toos on his body who was found shaking and urinated in fear. the report say that the leader admitted all of his crimes to the police, and they tracked down where those people had been sold to, the leader called this guy a black angle, while the police called him a vigilante and a killer, but to the people he saved who know what he did for them calls him a Hero.
