Another commision for A very oldschool game themed commision I must admit. It looks like that Mouser and Ms. Mowz has finally been brought to justice by Mappy the... ahem policeman mouse. So the mouse villains has been cuffed pretty well as you can see - they have no chance to excape and gagged with some puffy OTN gags to keep them as silent as it's possible. I know that Mappy has to tell them the formula which is in the ballon, but in this case I think it isn't very needful... if you know what I mean
