Dagger's overall design was decided since I Illustrated the second concept. The only we did made were the scarf became a tattered bandana, a scar over the left side of his face, a belt of smoke bombs and flash bangs, and two cuffs on his wrists with chains attached to them. For his colour, I wanted to gave him the traits of Fang The Sniper from Sonic The Hedgehog, since he was inspired by mercenary characteristics.
