Description
This is with the foreground elements added. I've actually changed this already but I want to spend the time to fully finish the initial value painting of this and then attempt to paint the same area but from a different view. The tower structures will have a very specific arrangement and multiple views of the same area will be needed to work out the most efficient and inventive ways of placing them in relation to each other and how people and vehicles can navigate them.More to come!
