I love this joke. It's my favourite type of joke. Simple dialogue with maximum results.Originally JD taps Turk on the shoulder when he's walking by and delivers the nickname in a subtle tone... but this is a comic so you get dynamics. You also get Dr. Beardface and Doug Murphey looking quite horrified. In the show, a loud voice and shocked onlookers would have slowed down the joke and made it unnecessarily big, yet for a comic it's okay. You get things to look at, whilst the dialogue keeps pace.
I pushed the colouring on this as much as I could. Instead of flat tones, I made the lights actually glow, then added gradient and shadows on the walls reacting to it. The light reflection on the glass is scribbled on, which looks (and felt) a good balance to all the 'refinement' of the lines and colour.

Shadows on the body seem a little harsh and JD's neck seems too thick to me but that might be just me.
The backgrounds are perfect or as near to perfect as we can get in this workaday world.
