Hmmm. Only one thing here i would like to pick at. A pistol shot is pretty distinct and audible, even in a city like New York. Iยดm thinking Kim should have used a silencer or another way to dispose of the Hydra goon, like a knife.

Well, she'd used a knife on Ron for a while, she used the pistol to finish him off. Plus, believe it or not, she wants SHIELD to show up there (little bit of a distraction while she gets to work).

Eeeeeyup. Basically in this world, HYDRA made an offer that Ron and Drakken wouldn't refuse. Ron betrayed Kim by setting her up to be caught by Drakken, then helped torture her. Drakken was the one that pulled the trigger that killed Shego, when she tried to rescue Kim.
