Owlline (owl+feline)- A medium small highly intelligent monster breed. Not to be confused with the Owllion, although in the same family Owline's are smaller in size and much more agile they also have the capacity for much more profound intelligence even to the point arcane aptitude, if raised in the right environment. one could say that the Owline is of the domesticated monsters although it is important to remember all monsters are much more feral instinctively than basic animals. it is not recommended to try to domesticate monstrous breeds unless you are a professional and have a license to do so.
key features* to distinguish between Owline and Owllion:
1) Rather small frame no bigger than a large imp (aprox. 2-3½ ft. in length and 2-4 ft. tall)
2) wingless but not always flightless. Owlines unlike their female cousins are born wingless regardless of gender. however it should be noted that due to their much more prominent intelligence and proclivity towards magicks there have been some recorded Owlines with the ability to fly, through mystical means. Athough it is rare and even more so outside of captivity.
