This style of this image... it's just so distinctive, such a wide variety of blending and colors with just PS 5.5, kinda makes a guy speechless. Not to mention this is one of my favorite subjects Tactical teams and such.
Amazing.

"They better not drink all the coffee"
Ahh it's nice to be back. Been too long since I last saw your art.
Great work once again. Great detail to the clothes and guns. Like the ominous light coming from the doors.

^_^ i love playing find the tag in your works. its so easy when theres a chance for ensignia .
no complaints from me aside from a few tangents created by the mp5's and the bg. but nothing that big. its hard to find problems y'know?

You know what? As spectacular and well drafted this piece is (as is all your work as a matter of fact), the thing I like most about it is the way in which you handled your signature and date completed. That's so money, man! I also love the perspective here as well. of course.
Oh, and thanks for checking out my pieces and the +faves. Means alot coming from a talent like you, my friend.

Ah yes, MP5's.....and microwaves. Together at last.
Good camera angle; you got alot of good lighting and silhouetting/definition for what little light there would be in a situation like that (low lit kitchen). The only thing I'd suggest is to either make the frontal character bolder (which you already have) or to somehow lighten up the guys immediately behind him (atmospheric perspective, although realistically they're not far enough away in real life for enough haze to fade them out. That's why it's called artistic license). That might emphasize the definition of characters a little more, which you seem to be practicing more than proficiently already. This, along with more direct light and shadow on the front guy. Just thinking it may help keep the unity of dramatic lighting that you have with the other team members in the background.
Good stuff.

Wow! THat's bloody gorgeous! I love it. I really wish there was some sort of criticism I could give it.. But this is way more advanced than my knowledge on pretty much any aspect of art. It's great, man!

Holy mother of...whoa.
One of the most detailed paintings I've seen of yours yet!
I love the simple parts...the glowing light, and the way they're posed. Really interesting angle for the painting too. Seems like they're staking the joint out, and have blasted through a doorway.
Stunning work as always!!

Awesome job. I really love the should patches, and the detail in the background. Although the second guy seems to be the only one with mp5 mag pouches. You should check out airsoft man.... [link] I know it seems like a heartless plug but uh....well I guess it is.

lhs In reply to mrfishy [2004-01-13 21:53:28 +0000 UTC]
Pouches to accomidate double mags will not be the same size as a single mag pouch. That's my excuse to have all of them having rifle sized mag pouches as opposed to SMG sized mag pouches.
Also, utility pouches may not reflect the same contour as what potentially can be stored in them.
I've also been looking at Arnies' for several years now. Good resorouce and cool projects.
Here's a few more

Ah. I see. I guess thats okay then, Ive never seen how they store double mags, Although I would think the mag pouches would be alot wider.
Amazing! Another airsofter on DA! You should mention airsoft on your general info page here at DA, airsoft needs more publicity.
