Description
Chapter One: Angewomon?“Kari what’s wrong? You seem distracted.” Her boyfriend TK asked her, noticing the faraway look in her eyes, her beautiful amethyst eyes.
“Hmm? Oh sorry TK I was just thinking.”
“About what?” He asked knowing the answer.
“It’s about Angewomon, I can’t help but think about her if she’s okay or not.” Kari said snuggling close to TK.
“Don’t worry I’m sure she’s just fine.” TK said giving her a kiss on the head.

They were right behind her! She sped up to stay ahead; just then she saw a window of light to the left of her. When she got through the window, the bundle in her arms stirred. Looking down and smiling at her son she headed for the one place she knew she would be safe.
(Japan)
“Kari you hungry?” Her mother asked, coming out of the kitchen.
“Yes I am.” Kari said, sitting up on the couch. Just as they were about to sit down to eat there was a knock at the door.
“I wonder who that could be?” Mrs. Kamiya asked, going to open the door.
“May I help you?” She asked.
“My name is Anna I’m sorry to impose, but I- we need a place to stay.” She said looking down at her child.
“No it’s alright, come in.” As Kari’s mother led their new guest into the kitchen Kari looked up and thought she recognized her but she turned the thought aside.
“Kari this is Anna she will be staying with us for a while.”
“It’s a pleasure to meet you.” Anna said offering Kari her hand. When Kari looked in her eyes she gasped. Anna’s eyes were a beautiful light blue just like her old Digimon Gatomon and her left hand was a gold ring just like Gatomon’s only smaller.
“What’s his name?” Kari asked looking at Anna’s son.
“Michael. Are you okay you look like you have something on your mind?”
“It’s nothing really you just remind me of someone.” Kari said looking Anna in the eye.
“Anna you simply must join us for dinner, I made more than enough.”
“Oh no, I don’t want to intrude, I-”
“It’s no trouble at all, please come and sit.” Mrs. Kamiya said gesturing towards a chair.
“Thank you.” Anna said as she sat down. When dinner was over Kari showed Anna where her and the baby would sleep. After they were settled Tai and Sora dropped by before they headed home.
“Tai, Sora! Please come in. KARI YOUR BROTHER’S HERE!” Mrs. Kamiya hollered. A few seconds, later Kari comes running through the kitchen like she was on fire!
“TAI!” She squealed throwing herself on her brother and giving him a bear hug.
“It’s good to see you too.” Tai said, laughing; and hugging her back.
“Tai what are you doing here? I thought you were on your honeymoon.” Kari asked apparently excited.
“Well you know it’s been six weeks, so you know, we decided to come back.” Tai said blushing slightly.
“Tai we also have a few guests who will be staying with us for a while.” Mrs. Kamiya said from behind Kari. While Kari went to get Anna and the baby Tai and his mother were talking about the Digital World and if it was sealed for good or not.
“To be honest mom I’m really not sure. I mean it’s been three years since a portal has opened and I really miss Agumon.” Tai said his voice cracking.
“I know Tai, but what if- I don’t know the Digital World is safe and secure for good.” His mother said, frowning thoughtfully. Before they could say anything else Kari, Anna, and the baby came into the living room.
“Tai this is Anna and her baby boy Michael.”
“It’s good to meet you, my name is Tai and this is my wife Sora.” Tai said giving her a hand shake when Sora came to say hello she gave her a friendly hug.
(Elsewhere)
“WHAT DO YOU MEAN SHE GOT AWAY?”
“I’m trebly sorry my Lord, but she got out through a portal and we lost her trail.”
“Not to worry sooner or later she will have to reappear and then we will get her and the child of Peace.”
(Japan: Two weeks later)
“Kari, Kari!”
“Huh? Oh hi TK, I didn’t hear you come up.” Kari said returning to her painting.
“That’s beautiful darling.” TK said looking over her shoulder smiling.
“Thanks I’m almost finished it’s a surprise for Anna so no telling.” She said giving the canvas one last stroke.
“Now that you’re done I have a question for you.” TK said getting down on one knee,
“Kari Kamiya, will you marry me?” He asked taking out a velvet box, opening it and revealing a diamond ring.
“Oh TK, Yes, Yes I will!” TK smiled, got up and kissed her passionately. When they got down stairs, Anna and Mrs. Kamiya were in the kitchen talking.
“Mom, Anna we have something to tell you. Were getting married!” Kari said sticking out her hand.
“Darling that’s wonderful.” Her mother said giving her daughter a hug.
“Congratulations, I’m very happy for you.” Anna said smiling.
“What’s this I hear of my little girl getting married?” Said a voice, behind Kari. Turning around Kari gasped at the sight of her father.
“Daddy? Daddy you’re home!” Kari squealed running at her father.
“Oh! It is good to see you again Kari. My, how you’ve grown.” He said hugging her right back. As Anna stood watching this happy moment tears of happiness were falling down her face, when all the introductions were made Anna asked to see TK and Kari alone outside for a few minutes.
“Anna what’s wrong? Are you okay?” Kari asked, noticing the tear streaks on her face.
“I have a confession to make, my name isn’t Anna.” She said taking a deep breath.
“What do mean ‘your name isn’t Anna’?” TK asked, looking confused.
“I think it’s better if I show you.” She said getting up on the banister.
“WHAT ARE YOU DOING?” Kari yelled, shocked at what her friend was doing, but felt as though she could not move to stop her.
“It’s alright; you’ll see.” Anna said as she jumped off. However, she did not fall which was the weird thing. Moreover, as she hovered there in midair she started to glow with a pink and white aura, and as she is glowing she starts to change. Starting with her clothes. They changed from normal street clothes to a feminine angelic warrior outfit, the next thing that happened was that six wings sprouted from her back, and the final item was a helmet. When the light faded there stood the most beautiful woman if that’s what you want to call her, in front of them.
“Angewomon? Oh!” Kari said as she fainted. When Kari awoke she was in the living room on the couch, with TK, her parents, and Angewomon standing beside her.
“What happened? The last thing I remember is seeing Angewomon. Oh, so it wasn’t a dream?” Kari asked looking around the room and her eyes landing on Angewomon.
“I’m sorry I didn’t tell you earlier but I had to be sure that it was safe.” Angewomon said sounding upset.
“Wait can you go back to the beginning please?” TK asked, looking confused.
“Sure thing, it all started a little after you all left for the real world.”
(Flashback)
It has been nine years since the digi destined had left for the real world, and Angewomon had a strange feeling that she was being watched. As she turned around she was what it was. It looked like a Digimon but she was not sure, as it got closer she noticed that it was a human!
“May I help you?” She asked, trying to hide the surprise in her voice. As he got closer to her he started to talk telepathically with her!
‘I know who you are; theirs no need to be afraid. I am here to help you.’ He said with an expressionless face.
‘Who are you? What are you doing here? How did you get here?’
‘Now calm down and I will answer your questions. First of all my name is Darien, secondly I don’t really know what I’m doing here, I was going about my business and all of a sudden I find myself here with you. And lastly well I told how I got here, now if I may I ask what is your name and how did you get here.’ The young man with bright blue eyes said, smiling.
‘My name is Angewomon, and in response to your second question I was born here.’ She said, smiling slightly; gesturing around her with her hand. As the afternoon went on they continued talking and learning more about each other.
‘I know that we just met but I feel as if I’ve known you all my life, and I uh well I uh.’
‘Are you saying what I think you’re saying?’ Angewomon said blushing scarlet. And the rest you can figure out for yourself, need I say anymore?
(End Flashback)
“Angewomon are you okay?” Kari asked looking concerned.
“Yeah I’m fine, why is there something wrong?” She asked oblivious that she had been standing there for the last hour and a half. Kari looked at TK with a mixture of concern and worry.
“The reason Kari asked was because you have been standing there for about an hour and a half. We’re just concerned about you guys safety.” TK said, standing beside his fiancé.
“I know and I’m really sorry, if I’ve seemed a little on edge these past few weeks. Can you forgive me?” Angewomon asked.
“Of course we can.” Kari said giving her friend a hug. With that matter resolved, the family could now relax and enjoy having Kari’s father home. At least, so they had hoped.
Two months latter there was a knock at the door opening it Kari was surprised to see that the digidestined were at her front door. Looking around she saw TK close to the back of the group looking at the floor.
“May we come in Kari?” Davis asked her.
“Sure.” Kari said stepping away from the door. When everyone was inside Kari turned around and looked straight at TK.
“Alright TK what’s going on?” Kari asked, with a hint of annoyance in her voice, completely forgetting what day it was. When everyone parted there stood Tai with a beautiful birthday cake. Kari gasped and turned a deep shade of red.
“Happy Birthday Kari.” Yole said smiling.
“Th - Thank you I don’t really know what to say.” She said still in shock.
“You could say ‘party time’!” Davis said, smiling. When everyone got into the living room, TK and Kari stopped everyone and told everyone to sit down.
“What’s going on guys?” Willis asked confused. Kari whispered something in TK’s ear and went into the backroom. While TK was trying to explain Anna walked in the door.
“TK is Kari back there?” she asked her hands full of groceries. TK nodded. Just as Anna was about to put the bags on the counter, she heard Kari scream from the guest room. Anna dropped the bags she was carrying and ran into the guest room transforming on the way. When she got there she was surprised at what she saw. There sat little Michael with a force field around him and Kari, and standing in front and behind him were these huge Digimon. At least she thought they were Digimon, they had red eyes, dark skin, and white hair.
“Get away from them!” Angewomon shouted, startling the other two Digimon.
“HELL’S BLAST!” They both shout, pointing their hands at Angewomon, which she dodged… just barely.
“CELISTAL ARROW!” She shouted letting her arrow lose.
“You’re not going to get rid of us that easily.” They said tauntingly, flying out the window. Angewomon started to follow but before she even got to the window, they vanished.
“(Loud groan.) No matter where we go they find us. Hey little guy it’s okay now mommy’s here.” She said trying not to cry. As soon as Michael heard is mother’s voice, his force field dropped and he held out his hands to be picked up. When they all went out of the bedroom and into the living room everyone started bombarding them with questions.
“EVERYONE SHUT UP!” Kari said shouting. When everyone stopped talking, she resumed. While she was talking Angewomon transformed back into her human form, she then took up where Kari left off. When she was finished the room was very quiet. After a few minutes Ken spoke up.
“Angewomon, I just have one question. How did you escape from the Digital world?”
“Now that you ask, I don’t really know, I just knew that I had to escape.” She said shrugging her shoulders. As the day went on the digidestined, decided to take Kari to her favorite restaurant. While Anna stayed at the house with Michael who is now starting to talk and walk. As Anna was working she heard a noise behind her, turning around she sees her son hovering above the bottom of his playpen, giggling.
“Mamma…” he said giggling some more.
As Anna sat there watching this she started laughing so hard she started crying. Just then the front door of the house opens, an Kari and TK come in, when they see Michael hovering in his playpen, they looked at Anna in wonder. When Anna recovered from her laugh attack, they started asking her questions.
“What do you think will happen next?” TK asked, excided.
“I’m not sure he already has the ability to project a force-field and now he’s starting to hover, I don’t really know what is next.”
“This is great, I mean we have a new member of the gang.” Kari said sounding excited.
“Kari do you and TK have a wedding day set yet?” Anna asked.
“Not yet we want Michael to be the ring bearer.”
“So were willing to wait until he’s a little older.” TK said smiling.
“We also want you to be the maid of honor.” Kari said smiling.
“We’d be honored, thank you so much.” Anna said smiling.
