Description
I have my new Pony OC, and this is hopefully his final design. But knowing me, I'm a perfectionist and it's likely that some details are going to change soon. I technically used a base for this - I saw MaddieAdopts' Pegasus base here [link] and I copied it best I could with GeneralZoi's Pony Maker, then traced it in MS Paint. I know, I cheat. One day I'll feel brave enough to begin drawing ponies with pencil and paper.

Bio-
Name: Springheel
Age: Late teens (human years)
Species: Pegasus pony
Personality: Opinionated, playful, impulsive and determined.
Backstory: Suffering a minor stroke when he was a month old, the muscles in Springheel's wings became paralyzed. All in his life he never learned to fly like all the other Pegasus Ponies. However, following some intense physical therapy, he has since regained the use of his wings to a limited degree. The catch is he cannot use them for more than 30 seconds at a time, any more than that and he is overcome by muscle pain.
Cutie Mark: A trampoline
Special talent: If he flaps his wings when jumping, he can go really high and far. If he flaps his wings when he's running, it gives him an extra burst of speed.
