I kept the main orange, white belly, and brown boots/ears same as the original because I want to keep it close to the original.

I added some darker orange along the back and made messy ‘stripes’ on the sides, kinda like messy pine tree branches for some flair and layers.

Then some lighter orange flecks on their cheeks to make it look like some sun drop landed on their face and body to give them the markings of a warrior.

The tail barely had changes because I like the fox’s tail as it is. Only some darker orange on the back to keep it consistent with the body.

On their left hind leg, I added a little scar. I was researching on hunting traps for my story. I imagine maybe when they were little, they got caught by a human trap, and was saved by someone else or they got out of it using their own wit. But either way, this is now their lucky sign, because they escaped death. (Not forcing an idea, but spitballing ideas)
