Story:
The last day of the trials did not bring better weather. Even if the rain has stopped and some sunshine found dead varies between the clouds it was still chilly with the 3-9 degrees.
Ready just like her name said was all prepared 4 the 4th class she had to face during this event. She happily watched the other competitors showing their best while she kept one year focusing on the two humans beside her.

“I hear you won't accompany me on the way back home.” Leen smiled at Damien, kind of shaking the men out of his staring at the competing arena.
“Oh yes, I decided to visit my little sister. I bet she has many images to share.”
“And I fear she would ask her classmates to swarm you and trap you. I bet she could use some of your…” She said, pointing her finger over the man.
“My charm? My intelligence?” he smirked back.
“Well, I mean they could use some Damien superpower. I am sure Sky told them all your stories to them.” Leen smiled. She knew how much Sky admired her big brother. To her, Damien was a superhero. And from all Sky unleashed on Leen when they met, she was sure it was the truth. Damien was a good, honest, and hard-working man, besides that, he had the ability to keep himself in check in hard situations.
“I suppose she told you some too?” Damien rolled his eyes.
“Of course. But be happy, she is an intelligent gal, she will survive anything and excel at stuff. Don’t worry.” Leen added, leading Ready to the entrance of the arena.
“She asked me to get her a fancy vampire dress. She said they would have a polo party with a Halloween theme. Believe that? Kiddo was doubting herself about riding with a normal posture and now she goes all crazy Polo-playing in a VAMPIRE COSTUME. Gosh…” Damien added, kind of freezing a bit in the end. “Shit, I sounded as if I was her father. It happens, sorry.” He apologized. He felt bad how she could never meet the man he thought so highly of when he was a little boy, and now he takes all the spotlight from that man, just because he cannot be there. The only guilt trip Damien could ever escape from.

“There is nothing to apologize.” Leen softly turned to him. She knew how the siblings did not have a father and by his reaction every time the topic came up was the same, Leen knew it was better not to push Damien too much. If he wants to talk, he will. “You do everything as great as you can. And… I know Sky appreciates it too.” She smiled, patting his shoulder.
“Mind if…” Damien stopped them, making Leen turn back to him. “Just I hope you haven’t forgotten about that free lesson later on. I will defo remind you of that when we get back to the States.” He smiled, as Leen rolled her eyes, saluting at him in understatement.
“Let me survive this first, after that we can discuss the details about that. Be sure to bring treats for the horses.” She smiled, turning back to the arena…
