Description
Modern version of the unit deployed during The Chase to open the Mechanoid's back door. Spins round. Goes 'wurble wurble'. Um...opens doors.Neater than the Daleks' usual responce to large metal barriers.

I can totally picture a dalek strategist concluding "we keep getting defeated by someone using one of these gadgets instead of an actual weapon, clearly they're more useful than first appearances would suggest" and commissioning a bunch of the latest travel machines to be fitted with a reverse-engineered knockoff.
