As some close online friends and real life friends already know, my dad is very sick.He has cancer and there is nothing they can do for him anymore.
They started chemo 8 months ago, one week after my youngest one Bo was born. It did good and it even took control of the cancer but unfortunately it also took away many of his vital functions we take for granted, like walking... writing his own signature or something simple as holding the hand of his youngest grandchild. Yesterday dad told us and the doctors he wanted to stop treatment.
This picture was taken today with tears in my eyes.
The title TimeToHoldSomeoneElse'sHand are the exact words my dad whispered to Bo when this shot was taken.
As you might understand this is my best and most loved picture I took or will ever take.

My works are copyrighted, some are even licened by print stores. I had to sign legal contracts for that to prevent others from using my images. I'm truly sorry but I don't have time to answer emails and notes about this question anymore.
People keep saying my watermarks are so ugly, and I really have to agree. Even if I tried several different ones they never made my images look better. And again, I hate them more than you do. Did you know that people are selling my work(s) and works from my friends? Please try and understand my reasons.

like mean others i'm sure has said, i know hat your going though, theres a strong history of cancer in my family so i'm used to going through the pain your in atm though having said that it never ever gets any easier.
the photo is very beautiful, despitethe emotion linked to the photo there is the beauty of one hand that has seen many many things and one the is only just starting off. a very beautiful photo and one i'm sure you will love for the rest of your life.

I know what you're living right now, 3 of my family member have/had cancer:
My godfather died 3 or 4 years ago; the doctors discover his cancer too late, they weren't able to do a thing for him. In his last days, he was hallucinating persons he've met earlier during the day and he wasn't able to move correctly.
My sister, its been 2 year since she began her treatments. Hopefully for her, and us too, she finished her chemo and radio *is it how its called in english?* and is now recovering... but she, more than us, have more chances to have an other cancer.
My aunt is presently having chemo, and I don't know if she'll be alright... the doctors once said that even if she had treatments, she won't pass through it

That's really sad. I can relate with those kind of hardships. Right now, my uncle is in a coma, so I know how you feel. This is a very beautiful picture, and I can see why you had tears in your eye when you shot this. I'm sorry to hear about it all
