One word - Stressed. Being the second known born royal alicorn in existence, of course he was set up for a pretty…unconventional life. Add on top the horrible visions he started having in foalhood that only grew worse with age, you have one paranoid little pony. He’s quiet for the most part, only speaks in public to warn of future tragedies. He wouldn’t speak at all, really, if not for that. And also the borderline arsonist little dragony that sticks to him like velcro. He for sure keeps the young prince talking. Perpetually tired, the one place he finds peace is in the butterfly garden his mother Fluttershy had set up in the castle walls.
He shaves his beard cause it gets itchy and gives him sensory issues, that's why he doesnt have his royal alicorn beard, it was totally intentional and I didn't just forget. Don't have an excuse for why he doesn't have his halo though, that's on me. Side note: his colours are inspired by G3 Fluttershy, cause I've always thought her colour palette would make for a great Twishy baby.
