Very nice work!
Regarding the shape of her jaw, I took it that we were not looking at her full-on; the "assymetrical" appearance is due to the fact that she (like all of us) has a jaw with a 3rd dimension to it...

it's ok, as the complet pic.. the thing I like most are the eyes. and the shading around them is really good too.. and, hey, here is a bunch of comments already ok. stop kidding..

Very good...better than I could do, but the shadows on the hands and the hands themself need a bit of work. The shadows on the ridges on the top of the left hand are too dark. Her pinky would look like a thumb if it weren't for the knuckle. Nonetheless, it's very good. Also, taking into consideration that was made in 2000, you probably have already noticed all of this and more.

In my opinion:
1) there is a wrong light point in the right side of the jaw, not the jaw form itself: there cannot be such a white light under the hand.
2) I don't like the edges in some point, too sharpened, i think you'd obtain more armonic results by using a slight blur. It taste like edges made using path.
Overall it is a good work but you can improve a lot (also in the eyes, very good but not at their best).
Wish to have been constructive, not only a criticist. ok?

Wow... some fine work.... I assume you were going for the dark and somber atmosphere? very emotive, the fingers look elongated which add to that effect( I assume that was intentional)... on the right hand side of the image, her jaw beneath the shadow of her arm is a little far out and bright, Id suggest narrowing it, or darkenung it a few shades... But thats nit picking and I dont like to do it, esp. with such a fine image, keep up the good work!!!
