Yup I saw Halo Legends. Got it on DVD last week and loved it. So I came up with the idea for this character. Andar here is a Forerunner. His life's story is quite an odd one. Least the later parts. He'd lived with the threat of the Flood all his life. Learned science and biology from his father and combat and tactics from his mother. He fought off flood many times at various facilities gathering Lifeform data for before the Halo Rings would be fired. He was stationed on a remote planet when the rings did go off. He had been cut off from the others in a research installation that had been working on biological weapons against the flood as well as transport of lifeform data and specimens. So to survive Andar placed his body in a chamber and had his mind uploaded to the installation's system along with DNA sampling of his body. His mind would remain in the system in stasis while the rings went off effectively killing his body. He and his artificial companion Sek remained inactive for a very long time. Until Sek during a periodic active time detected The remains of a UNSC ship still putting off a power signature. Sek began the protocols for cloning Andar's body. However there were system errors. His body failed to Mature beyond the age of about 11. And the process by which Sek used to augment Andar's body to compensate had a side effect. Well I'll like this lil dioluge explain.

"Your bone and muscles are now far more dense and durable and your nervous system in most areas is now exceedingly efficient lending you better cognitive skills and reflexes." -Sek

"What do you mean mostly?"- Andar

"Well the system error also occurred in the augmentation protocols. There were some negative side effects However they are minimal." -Sek

"Why does it feel like this combat skin has extra padding around the crotch and rear? Wait a sec. I'm wearing a diaper aren't I?" -Andar.

"An absorbent waste metabolizing nano garment. But essentially Yes. A diaper." - Sek

"Great. I get to fight Flood while having one in my pants."- Andar.

"Is there anything I can do to improve your outlook on the situation? I have data on many individuals desiring this for recreation, statistics on many with similar conditions having pleasant lives, even information on though ins military guard forces with similar conditions functioning fine in their roles." -Sek

"Sek. Please just shut up."- Andar

"Affirmative Sir."- Sek.
