Well. I uploaded this exact same picture in 2011 in Czech, stating "I'll upload the English verison soon." And, due to me being extremely lazy, here it is, after only 3 years!

Backstory time! even though no one cares, really
Fluctorissia, commonly reffering to herself as BlueArrow and being called Blue by friends, is the last living member of the Lightning tribe. The Lightnings, being lead by black dragon Morat and orange dragoness Jetta, had been in war with Seth, the "god" of the underworld and his undead army for a long time. Eventually, they were all slaughtered in their last battle, leaving only Blue surviving. Since Seth promised to get rid of every single Lightning, he's still hunting for her.
Blue hatched from her egg in the middle of the battle, getting teleported by Jetta on a farway island later revealed to be a part of the Mystery Islands, the land of weredragons, old allies of the Lightnings. She was raised there until she was old enough to fly away, partially in an attempt to find her family, partially because of the threats from Seth, trying to escape him. Finding allies and a shelter in the Nagini's empire, she is often to be found there, if she's not hiding from the undead or at the Mystery Islands.
She is very careful and suspicious about interacting with the others, mainly because of the constant threat of Seth hunting her down. Being a loner, she doesn't care for strangers at all, but looks after friends and allies.
The only magic of her tribe that she can control is summoning and controlling a storm, which is an ability all Lightnings are born with. According to the Great Weredragons' Library on Kenquai on the Mystery Islands, there's a book called Apluyer somewhere, where all the knowledge of the Lightnings is, but no one knows where it is.
The plazirium rings on her body can emit a white-gold light, which intensity she can regulate. She can also draw power from lightning bolts and electricity in general.
Due to her numerous battles with the undead army, she is quite skilled in both airborne and land combat, being a great and fast flyer, using claws and teeth in close combat and lightnings and in rare cases fire when needed.
