A brony reviewer who has a slightly similar colour scheme for her ponysona. I say slightly because it's literally just brown hair with lighter streaks, but not teal, rather golden. I don't really see a simmilarity.

Yes I know. I have read the previous pages, and now I understand the whole story better.
However, I can't believe how much you can make so cute the characters with almost the same style of the show. Hasbro should hire you to work on FiM, IMO.
Really, the more I look at Tempora in the first panel, the more I want to break my PC monitor, go in it, hug her tightly and kiss her in the cheeks!

As far as Alicorn OCs go, Tempora isn't too bad. And this story--while a little pretentious at parts--is very interesting, to say nothing of the beautiful artwork. I daresay the two of you have tremendous potential...more so than most of the official writers of the show.

I may be a bit biased since I'm not really a fan of time travel/time paradox/space-time continuum-type stories, but Tempora's belief that all this craziness happened because they used the "Magic of Friendship" or the "Elements of Harmony" too many times made me raise an eyebrow. It seemed a little contrived to me, but when working with magic and fantasy, contrivance is pretty much unavoidable, so it's not a big deal.
I can tell you this though; you got everyone's characterization down to a T and you treated Luna better in this comic than most of the episode writers ever did! I bet if you had been working on "Magic Sheep," that episode would have turned a whole lot better because you know how to handle dark and complex characters. If you decide to bring Tempora back in future stories, I think you should give her a hobby, add a bit of eccentricity to her, maybe have her act less like a princess. Alicorn OCs are rarely met with approval in the fandom, from what I understand. I guess many of them come off as "Mary Sueish," but you're on the right track with her. All that's left is to flesh her out a little, make her more of a character and less of a plot device.

I felt it was by far the strongest and deepest element. That ignorance is bliss and that there are those that wish they never knew a better life.
One issue that I do have thought is that the appearance of their powers without some sort of explanation is a little forced.

I just don't think whoever wrote that episode gave Luna the attention she needed. They didn't take the time to show us what was going on in her head, they just gave us the bare minimum and expected us to connect the dots, you can't do that with a character like Luna. Watch "Taking Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep Too Seriously" by FOB Equestria some time. Josh sums all the problems with that episode up perfectly.
