A character from the PS2 game "La Pucelle Tactics". His name is Croix Raoul, and he's really cool. The two head-and-shoulders drawings are redrawings of actual expressions he makes in-game, and the full-body drawing is a pose I thought he looked cool making.

In case you cannot read my handwriting, his description is as follows:
