Her semblance is the ability to become literally intangible, except to energy and other Semblance attacks. Dust energy, to some extent, can also harm her in this form, mostly from fire or lightning, but if it's in solid bullet form, they just go right through her.

So what happens if she turns intangible and rematerializes her fist in someone's chest or heart? Does the target die, or do the two of them end up being fused together or something? :/

Her body doesn't turn solid all at once, it starts from the center outwards. The intangible parts of ber hand would be pulled out as the solid pard grows and pushes against the person's chest.
