-So this obligatory Gen:Lock trailer is still a thing, huh? Is it gonna be the new "Put Uldren in the Ground"?

-How did Qrow and Oscar even get there? They weren't there in the last scene last episode. How long did RWBY wait at the gates to get Qrow over?

-I guess I know why these guys are in charge of the gate instead of anything actually important... and why no one seems to trust them with any weapons.

-It's just occuring to me that this scene with Maria and Caroline is basically that last scene with Betty White in the You Again movie.

-This scene with the flag MIIIIIGHT be a reference to that one scene in Red vs. Blue season 5 where Sarge gives a speech and a flag shows up behind him that Donut questions.
-Is this really necessary? Like, at all? Is it necessary for the special operative and commander of the Argus Military Base to be acting like Nora on a tantrum?
-You know, all this would just be avoided if it was Qrow, a registered huntsman, who came to the base with only Weiss, and said "I am a Huntsman, a teacher, and the right-hand man of the late Headmaster of Beacon Academy. I need to speak with General Ironwood, because I have in my custody the missing sister of his subordinate." instead of letting a bunch of kids tag along and do it for him. But hey, we need the kids for the PLOT, right? Ugh. Just have the kids stay at home and talk about Silver Eyes while the adult does the talking.

Maria, old lady, no silver eyes, probably will never have another fight scene again: Has her semblance revealed in the same Volume she shows up in.

-Okay, so the Silver Eyes works on Grimm only, because they are creations of DarkBro, but not on creations of LightBro? Well, fuck that then, it shouldn't do anything about Salem's immortality, even if it does cure her of her Grimmification. Back to square one.
