hey!!so, 'the world ends with you' is freaking awesome, as expected.
i cant stop playing it! >_<
so heres neku, whos another awesome square-enix character ive become very fond of
this started as just a doodle but then kinda developed, as you can see
i'm quite happy with it, as i draw it all with my graphics tablet, and by the looks of things ive pretty much got the hang of it now.
i didnt copy the cover artwork exactly, instead i made up a viewpoint and pose that was similar, but from a different angle with different face etc.
anyway, expect much more twewy art, next up is joshua probably.

Yeah, "The world ends with you" IS an awesome game! My little brother is playing it right now and the style and game play are really fantastic!

I got this game saturday, at this point and time, I need to beat the GM of the 3rd chapter... unfortunately, I can't control the top screen well at all... Been cruising with that on autopilot... harder than it looks, so I need to learn eventually (wish I had a tutorial battle with no HP bar so I could practice...) but the game is amazingly fun... And I like how you sort of had Neku's thoughts showing in this pic. Mostly, because they are exactly right.

My fav characters have to be Joshua and Minamimoto (Pi-Face). Maybe Lolly too... I've beaten the game now, but still have more to do, and I need to learn to use that top screen better... Maybe I should start by just trying to focus on the two screens at once... But hey, I put the pins I like to use in my journal in case you want to look, except I now also use this Lighting Arrester (the techinque, not the name of...) pin. And that is hard not to spoil it. It might be a big deal if you did since the game has been out in the US for about only a week...
But yes, it is very fun.

Great work on this- I agree with the person above in that the badge does look kinda funny, but overall it's awesome as always. Love the way you did the text bubbles with the quotes and stuff. The "phones" one made me laugh. XD

When i saw the title (from the list of new deviations) i thought it'd be the one where he's holding his headphones with his eyes closed, i really like that pose. But hey this is just as good, you still have the style down. One thing i'm not to keen on is the badge, i think you should've left it out, but apart from that great job =]
