She's a bad chick, rebuilt from designs of a 'faulty' Hero prototype. Her body systems generate electricity from both impact and heat, including her own body's heat, and as a result, is constantly producing energy, often causing her to spark at odd moments. Elements on her body glow with electrical power, including her lower torso (stomach) area, which was inspired by an old MOC I built with CCBS parts. Torso is in my gallery somewhere...

She's a little off-the wall, hyper, loves the thrill of whatever job she's hired for, though normally she prefers smash-and-grab(and-run-really-really-fast) jobs. Her boots are able to discharge electrical energy, accelerating her speed enormously as she runs.
She can shoot electrical balls at opponents, or charge 'dead' weapons to use, and has even demonstrated the ability to create static electricity, to be able to cling to most walls.

No-one knows what might happen if for some reason she is 'shut down', though many have speculated that her electrical energy could be used to contain her.. but none have had the chance to find out.
