Amalgamation of: Superman + Iron Man

Biography: Kal-Es was but a mere child when he arrived on Earth. He would never experience the destruction of his home planet or the death of his parents. He would be oblivious to that for many years. Kal-Es’ pod eventually crashed landed in the backyard of a small farming town couple’s backyard, the Kents. Maria and Howard Kent (Maria and Howard Stark + Jonathan and Martha Kent) adopted the alien and raised the child as one of their own, naming him Anthony Kent. As Anthony grew his intellect grew as did his powers. After reaching the age of 15 and becoming an undergraduate at CIT and returning home, his parents informed him of his true heritage. They showed Anthony the pod he came aboard as well as a strange suit designed for an adult. When touched by Anthony the suit became active, the ‘S’ symbol on the chest glowing bright red amidst a red diamond, and blue background. The next five years Anthony spent his life dedicated to his studies to use his alien heritage’s technology to improve the world. At 21 he founded Kent Industries in Los Metropolos (Los Angeles + Metropolis), and spent the next four years into making it one of the most successful companies on the planet, second only to Wayne Enterprises. At the age of 25 Anthony was forced to dawn his blue and red suit, when he discovered that one of his prototype rockets had stolen by a terrorist group hiding in Afghanistan, attempting to turn it into a nuclear warhead. In the span of a day the entire world was talking about a blue and red cladded armored ‘angel’. And his heroic deeds in nearly annihilating the entire terrorist organization. A hero named Steel.
