Chernobyl Disaster Custom Pony

This custom is designed after the chemical disaster in Chernobyl Russia back in 1986.
Ponybase used is a gen 1 pose, with a Medley head mounted on the original head with pics and sugru moldable glue.
I did a chemical burn texture all over the ponies, by brushing on a layer of mod podge, sprinkling gold craft flakes all over, letting the mod podge dry then sealed the flakes with spray sealant, then once that dried I did the white gesso prep then a full body repaint job in medium dark gray acrylics and added dark green to the chemical bumps.
Eyes on the bottom head were painted normally in my own style, eyes on the mutant head were painted like they were exposed to chemicals and are glowing and oozing in radiation lol.
Cutiemark is a chemical colored rainbow with the biohazard symbol in the middle.
All paint work sealed in Testors spray sealant.

Made a gas mask for the regular lower head, made a pattern on card stock then traced it onto leather scraps, cut the mask from leather. Lined the top of mask with strips of leather, added transparent plastic for the goggles, large beads for the mask knob details. Painted a texture on the mask, added rhinestones around the goggles and a skull in the middle of the forehead.

Added a bright rainbow bow to the tail, then did polymer/resin kawaii supplies in theme of eyeballs, damaged pinwheels, painted clouds, vampire gingerbread man, stars, flames, poison, germs, ghosts, stars, coffin, fish skeleton, a black fish tail and a deer horn.
