Description
Razor is a police officer from a city called "SAFE city" so of course he's not going to actually have anything dangerous on him.
Does he like this? Haha. No.
But he has a family, so he'd rather work in the safest city possible than somewhere that's more... "his style".
Truthfully, Razor is bored. He wants more action. But unfortunately for him, Safe City is pretty... Safe.

How safe is Safe City?
Anything deemed "dangerous" is illegal in Safe City. This includes things like knives, baseball bats, even spoons and forks made of harder materials like silver, are not allowed inside the city. These things all have "safe" alternatives, of course. Most utensils are plastic or super dull. "Baseball bats" in Safe City are made of foam instead of wood or metal.
Basically, it's a place that is the complete opposite of Hazard City.

What's the difference between Safe City and Boring Ville?

Boring Ville has even less going on in it than Safe City does. Safe City is closer to Hazard City, so some crazy stuff does happen there (though it's rare). Boring Ville is dull, gray, and... lame. It's not super safe in Boring Ville, and crime does happen, but it's just not as crazy or as dangerous as Hazard City's crime. Safe City in comparison is colorful and bright- Think of an overprotective parent of a four-year-old child but it's an entire city instead of one individual person. People are afraid of crime there, so they just don't commit it... because they ALL fear it. Criminals usually can't get in due to the city being surrounded by a giant dome... With very few exceptions. There's really almost no need for police in Safe City, but they have a police force because of how afraid they are of danger. Police are just kinda there to make people feel better/safer. Most of the police in Safe City are not fighters though and if something dangerous actually did happen, most would probably flee in terror.
Most people who live in Safe City are families with young children, herbivores/small animals who are naturally more skittish, and older folk.
Most people who live in Hazard City are poorer folk who can't afford to live in Safe City, "dangerous" animals like wolves, bears, big cats, reptiles, and so on, who are considered to be more aggressive, and younger folk.
As for Boring Ville, it's really just a complete mix of all kinds of people. There's no group that's larger than the others. However, it is also known for having great schools (because school is boring... duh) so there's more college-aged people here than there are in the other two cities.

There's other stuff I'd like to explain about Safe City but... You'll just have to wait for that.
