Oh wait, I need to explain who Lazor is because this is the first time we've seen him in the comic.

Lazor is Razor and Falsefur's (we'll meet her soon) five-year-old son. Or six-year-old...? Idk, I haven't really settled on an age yet.
He calls Lightning "uncle" even though they aren't related because that's what Razor told him to call Lightning. Why? Who knows. Razor does not consider Lightning to be a brother, so "uncle" is kind of a weird choice, but whatever.
Lazor, personality-wise, is your typical 5-year-old boy. He likes cars, and trucks, and dinosaurs, and fighting, and guns, and death, and blood- oh wait some of that is Razor's influence. ANYWAY, Lazor does sometimes say some crazy stuff that sounds a little psychotic coming from a 5-year-old, and that's really because he likes to imitate his dad who is... a bit bloodthirsty and likes to talk about killing bad guys even though he hasn't killed a bad guy in like several years... Or ever? Idk, I haven't really settled on how much of a killer this Razor is.
Lazor likes to talk, especially about bones and fighting. He likes to playfight. He's very creative, when it comes to thinking up fighting moves anyway. He wants to be a cop when he grows up, because again, he likes to imitate his dad. Falsefur sometimes wonders if he actually inherited anything from her at all. Oh, also, you can't see it here, but Lazor was born with 2 tails. It's a birth defect that he thinks is really cool. Other kids also tend to think that having two tails is cool.
Razor loves his son but has some... "questionable" parenting techniques. For starters, he strongly encourages Lazor's love of fighting and guns and death and stuff. Luckily Falsefur is good at making sure things don't get out of hand, and that her son doesn't grow up to become a serial killer or something.
Lightning loves Lazor, and babysits from time to time, though usually never for very long since he doesn't like to stay out of Hazard City for too long. Lazor loves it when Lightning visits because Lightning is a superhero, and Lazor knows this. Lazor also wants to be a superhero when he grows up, because all kids do. Sometimes Lazor will pretend to be Lightning, and Razor doesn't like this.
Lazor is too young to understand a bunch of concepts, like the differences between Safe City and Hazard City for one. He doesn't understand why his father won't let him go to Hazard City.
He also likes Legos.

Scarfire met Lazor maybe like 3 times in Lazor's entire life, so Lazor doesn't know him. He's a busy guy who isn't fond of children, so he tries his best to STAY AWAY.
Moonshine, being a music teacher at an elementary school, is fond of children, so she would like to visit Lazor more often.
Coffie has never met Lazor but has heard of him.

-EDIT: I just realized, it doesn't make too much sense that Lazor says "hi" to Lightning when Coffie's face is closest in his view- but hey, he can see Lightning's body in the background, ok? He isn't gonna say 'hi' to some random armadillo. He probably doesn't even know what an armadillo is.
