No there aren't two Razors in the picture. Razor is dead which is why I used a blue filter on him (Because blue is the new transparent).
The other wolf with two tails is Lazor(tails). He's commonly referred to as Lazor and is named Lazor because of his father's name, Razor. (Yes I know Lazor is spelled laser but that doesn't look as cool.)
Yes Razor has a son who his mate Falsefur had given birth too shortly after Razor had been killed by his brother Muroku.
The story is very complex and I don't feel like typing sorry.
