Indigo and blob are characters in the story Darkstalker. Fathom, Indigo’s mate and best friend, created blob (a wooden octopus come alive) with his animus powers. Indigo and Fathom were some of the few survivors of the Seawing Massacre and were the ones to end it by killing Fathom’s Grandfather, Albatross. After that, the new queen separated her and Fathom out of fear of them having animus children that would end up like Albatross, and murder more Seawings. Fathom was then sent on a mission to teach powerful Darkstalker not to use his powers. He was sent to the kingdom of the Nightwings with Indigo as his guard, for she had been promoted to the highest rank of royal guards, and was permitted to journey with him. She saved Fathom from Darkstalker multiple times until she fell into Darkstalker’s trap herself, and was transformed into a little carved wooden dragon that could not move or speak. Fathom later freed her and they lived happily ever after on the beach with their dragonets. Thanks for taking the time to read this entire paragraph 😅
