Any automatic stuff like this (including :devavatar-01:, for copypasta purposes) can be stopped from auto-linking by breaking it up with a tag of choice.
For :dev:, anywhere between the ::s will work. For http, just after the colon:

So it looks like this:

Which in turn looks like THIS:
http:></i>//me.deviantart.com

It's just you need to include the A HREF as well; I didn't even know what donate link was required until I saw it on your page. Many, if not most, deviants using this won't know what A HREF is and how to use it, so one needs to provide for that. (And I put YOURUSERNAMEHERE in capitals so devn00bs can see where they put their usernames.)

Yeah I think that 90% of people on deviantART wouldn't know what the A HREF is. I tried doing the A HREF code before you gave me this code and it just didn't work out. So, Thank you very much for the code and your help
