Hoping to take the footage back to the New Republic which is at the moment, dealing with a lot of Post War messes to deal with; including the fact of the Anakin Skywalker and the Darth Vader clone situation. Dropping Superman off back at his Earth, the TARDIS makes a stop in the Bacta War to get under the protection of Rogue Squadron as the Black Order and enemy Riders advance on the Galaxy.
