I hate to be that dude, but how do you know that 84% of rapes go unreported if they are not reported? Sounds inconsistent to me.

yeah alot of rape, molestation, sexual assaults and sexual abuse go unreported but alot of times when they are reported the 911 operators and police ignore reports i wonder whats the % of how many reports get ignored!!!?!!!
my rape and sexual abuse reports all got ignored my whole life. i don't have my child son because of rape from doctors. crys i miss my son i want him back.
