As I have stated in the latest chapter of Rick and Haruko, the Pirate King Atomsk seen in Fooly Falls, Ride on Shooting Star, and Rick and Haruko is a multiversal singularity who exists across every possible universe. Meaning that wherever there's an emotionally troubled youth in the multiverse being accompanied by a certain Vespa Woman, be they named Nandaba, Pines, Hibajiri, Koumoto, Shinpachi, Aofuji, or countless other boys and girls and other genders in-between, Atomsk is basically the same across every universe he's in as the freest being who has ever existed.
