Description
In the time he has spent in Hell, the Utrom Shredder has built up quite a reputation as a fearsome sinner with power comparable to the Overlords. However, there is only one being in all of the Seven Rings that has ever truly struck fear into Ch'rell's cold, black heart: the monstrous serial killer turned infamous Radio Demon, Alastor.
Alastor's continued presence in Hell serves as an eternal reminder to Ch'rell that no matter how long he's been planning to exact his revenge on the Ninja Turtles and conquer Earth, Heaven, and Hell, the Radio Demon is keeping a close eye on him as a new potential victim. His race will soon be run, and Alastor will make this oh so fun.
