you do not need a toyhouse to own the rights to my designs but the adopt is posted on toyhouse, if you don't have a toyhouse i will delete the adopt off of th.

terms of service
i do not allow backing out from OTA, flat-sales, auctions, or any adopt sale that provides payment. if a bidder backs out from payment, they will be blacklisted and unable to participate in future bids/events/commissions etc. once the adopt has been paid for, there will be no refunds. my designs are for personal use only. my designs can only be resold for their original sale price. commissions for said adopt can be included if proper proof of payment is provided.
