The nest piece for my Yokai collection! This one is a Hannya girl.

A Hannya is a type of demon or oni, more specifically a female oni called a kijo. They use to be a human women, but got consumed by jealousy and got turned into demonesses. They are often depicted in Noh theater, and the term Hannya can also refer to a kind of demon mask used in Noh theater.

I chose t do this one because i liked the design of the masks and thought it would be a cool one to do! This one took a long time to do, but I hope it turned out OK!
