OH MY GOSH IT IS BRILLIANT!!!!! I especially love the little chibi Sanji up at the top, it's cute how he's envisioning that stupid ball hat as a crown. 
Also don't be so hard on yourself, your art is great! It's got spark! There's just uh, how to put it...a certain energy to your work? Like a lot of my work comes out rather stiff (i.e. the first Luffy and Law pic I did, notice how stiff their poses were?) but yours on the other hand seems very fluid, organic, and also has great colors.
