You say we can't use them for commissions, but customs are okay. What does that mean exactly? I don't want to end up breaking your rules. ^.^

Ok well for customs, say I was offering a custom with these lines, people tell me what they want, but they KNOW it will be on this base.
Where as a commission SHOULD be 100% your own work, because people are paying for the service. And also because if you turned around and did a commission with this base, then people would be disappointed like you only did half the work. And they also don't have a unique lineart.
Do you know what I mean?

I think they mean that you cant use it for someones commission, like if someone pays you and your meant to make the pic for them, not to use the lineart, and to make custom adopts, so like its ok to design a adopt for someone, you just cant use their character in this lineart... (I hope you understood that)
