The group of Force Users that had traveled for so long together, uncovering secrets of the Force long thought lost, or at the very least, well guarded by the Empire that destroyed the Jedi- have finally gone their separate ways. Jaiks spent her time seeking more answers, learning more techniques- ever striving to grow stronger in the Force in and her own abilities. Pride of strength was always part of who she was, and in those years after the initial striving, she made no judgement on who she could learn from. Light side? Dark side? And the rules of the old Jedi religion? Even that apparition said that they had it wrong. So Jaiks found a partner to train with; someone who did not choose between one or the other side, but rather, used whatever power provided the means necessary to accomplish the feat needed. In time, this partner proved to be more than just someone to train with - he became someone to love.
