Description
This is my first time making a hat from scratch (foam padding to make its form, then covered in a few layers of fabric), I know it doesn't look the best, but I guess it's okay for a first attempt....it doesn't sit well on the head on its own, so I attached a headband beneath so it can be propped on.A Oncler top hat for who will be cosplaying Oncler later this month.
