Sir Gaheris, second eldest Orkney Prince after Sir Gawain. My version of Gaheris is strongly influenced by Gerald Morris's awesome retelling of "The Kitchen Knight" called The Savage Damsel and the Dwarf

I always liked the Orkney Princes because they didn't seem to follow the same rules as the other Arthurian Knights...they were scrappier and tougher and meaner....and I can relate to that a lot more than to perfect knights like Galahad or Lancelot.

I can definitely see the personality of Gaehris from "The Savage Damsel and the Dwarf" in this pic. Very shiny indeed.

Ooh, I like this one just as much as Gawain! Gaheris is one of my favorites too, especiall in the Morris books. Epic series, those. I like Gary on the farm. Excellent job with him...and the horse...and the scenery.
