Haha, this is really funny! I could see Vanellope thinking of this if Taffyta was trying to apologize to her. I laughed when she announced that in the film, but despite all of that, it was good that she was kidding. I think a little revenge might be sweet, but I think even by the end, Vanellope knows that they were not at fault. It was also mature of Taffyta to be the first to apologize. And while she initially said she didn't like glitches, at least it's not like that for Vanellope anymore. She can still glitch, but to her advantage and keep it under control since her code is restored. Heck, maybe the other racers could be a little jealous of Vanellope since she uses her glitching as her special ability to save her from trouble.
But anyway, by the end of the film, Vanellope would make amends with her fellow racers just as Ralph would do with the Nicelanders.
