Haha, I think everybody has questioned that at some point or another! XD I think what make most people doubt his gender would be the skirt, the little man-bra-thing, and the fact that he's...uh.... just plain pretty. :3 (And the fact he's voiced by a female dub voice-actor sure doesn't help... *passes out*)

XD Haha, I can't remember where I first heard that "man-bra" phrase, but I'm sure it was regarding Amelda from YGO... X3 It just kinda stuck in the back of my head ever since! ^_^
But yep, he's voiced by a woman! I can't remember her name, but it's definately a female VA! *sniffle-sob* Poor Envy... Even more to add to the doubt of his gender...v-v;;

Heh...still, it is kinda funny to dress up a manly-man in girly stuff. Take one of my characters, an evil Digimon named DarkHypoJestermon. (see his picture here: [link] ), and he's as manly as manly can get. Then one day, I decided to be evil and make a picture of him as a cross-dresser. The actual idea came from my friend , so we decided to do an art trade on DJ being a drag queen.

Irritating...Envy is Envy and Hughes is Hughes. Things happen. It wasn't fair that he died, but life, and especially the Sins, aren't fair. They acted as their characters would have acted, and their characterization brought them to that moment, and caused Hughes to not come out alive. IT's just how it worked. Of course you can still like Envy, becasue even though he killed Hughes, it's not like he was OOC. He did exactly what he should have done, what he would have done. I hate it when people bitch and complain about stuff like that...

To them I reply, why do people love Tom Riddle in HP? Or any other villain? Isn't that the same thing?

Uh.... usually i don't go all... analytical like that... sry...

I know what ya mean though, I feel the same way, pretty much... I do miss Hughes though, he was easily the most entertaining character on there (Ah well, that's what DVDs and taped episodes are for, I suppose... )
