Well, it's essentially a shot from the fantastic mafia movie, "Once Upon a Time in America" - which is probably my favourite movie ever.
Great work!

This gives that feeling of a washed up bay side street that just screams Brooklyn, seen through a visual lens I could only attribute to you. It's very much how I've seen New York. In fact I think this is around Vinegar Hill, right?
Once again, you leave me speechless, so I'll shut up now.

Nice! Do not know about the Vinegar Hill but the street is Washington St.
Glad you appreciate my work. And donΒ΄t shut up, I like your comments

He, I wish! Never even been there. I live in a small town in Sweden.

Sweden? That's awesome! I wish I could go there.
So do you make a living off of art or is it just a hobby you're amazing at?

Yup, itΒ΄s awesome, little bit cold though
Have just started my own small business trying to make a living of off art. Right now IΒ΄m working a lot but without getting much payed, unfortunately. Guess you have to start off working hard to get your name out there, and hopefully the money will start coming in after a while. But IΒ΄ve got a few things going on that could turn things around for the better.

I came from a somewhat small town, and while I was there doing art, I managed to get a really good name for myself with people in the art community there. Unfortunately I wasn't going for a career in art so I let that good name go to waste locally, but it's good to start in a small pond before jumping into the ocean.

That's great, has an eerie desolate tone to this, maybe apocalyptic even....
Liking the rough brush strokes, adds to the gritty undertone....
